OTS Kitchens was founded by George Hill, who by himself has 24 years of experience in the cabinetry business. OTS Kitchens began with new home construction, but George realized the changes in the market and graduated to full service remodels; they can do it all!
OTS Kitchens’ office and showroom is currently located at 268 Cadillac Parkway in Dallas. This is a far cry from their humble beginnings in George’s basement. His wife Donna, of 20 years, has helped George in the business from the start, although she did not officially join the staff until 2000. In addition to George and Donna, there are eight other employees at OTS Kitchens - BJ, David, Ed (Donna’s brother), James, Jerry, Junebug, Sonia and Torsen.
Gabe Clark, of Sunny Day, Inc. has this to say about OTS Kitchens:
I come from a long line of builders. My family has done business with George Hill of OTS Kitchens for as long as I can remember. He did the cabinets in my personal house almost ten years ago. George is a great man, that is also great to do business with. When he says something, you can count on it, and he is always up for the task. Sometimes, it may not even be cabinets. He also has excellent people that work for him, like his sidekick Ed.
OTS Kitchens is dedicated to meeting their customer’s needs and making sure they are completely satisfied. They work with the customer from the very beginning, and can help custom design a new kitchen, bathroom, or whatever the customer desires. OTS sees to all aspects of a remodel, from designing the layout, picking the right cabinets, and installing the electrical work, new countertops and new flooring.
