Scott A. Flanagan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Manchester College in North Manchester, Indiana. After working several years in the field of accounting, it was in 1989 that he began his own business while living in Orlando, Florida. After moving to Paulding in 2007, they retained over 95% of the Florida business, which shows their professionalism and client loyalty.
Scott and his wife Phyllis are residents in the New Hope area of Dallas. Phyllis now works with Scott to handle their growing client base. Though it’s been only a few years, SAF, LLC has developed deep roots in Paulding, and are proud members of the Paulding County Chamber of Commerce. We have worked with Scott since we began Our Town, and we feel blessed to have found such a personable and qualified accountant. We know our business is in very capable hands.
